Beautiful chalet with the Grands Montets ski lift only 1500 meters away and the cross-country skiing halfway between Argentière and Chamonix.
This south-facing Ski chalet provides a perfect setting for action-packed winter breaks and year-round hiking holidays. The 2-storey chalet is composed of a spacious living and dining room, a fully equipped kitchen, 4 bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms, service toilet and a private garden.
The very generous size Living room provides a cosy sitting area with WiFi, flat screen TV and an ambient fireplace (wood provided!) leading to the other end of the room with a dining area and a stylish kitchen.
The dining area features a contemporary glass-topped dining table and is accompanied by an ambient arc-style light. The kitchen offers all the necessary appliances including a dishwasher, oven, microwave, induction hob, coffee machine, electric kettle, toaster and fridge.
The four bedrooms can sleep up to 8 guests. There are two bedrooms with a king size double bed, one bedroom with joinable twin beds and one bedroom with 2 single beds. All bedrooms have a wardrobe as well.
One of the double bedrooms has an en-suite bathroom with a bath tub and shower. The second bathroom is a shared family bathroom with shower and WC and a service WC completes the internal layout.
The chalet also benefits from a washing machine, tumble dryer and a garage.
Outside, the chalet enjoys a sunny private garden.
The chalet is situated along Route d’Argentiere in the hamlet of Les Iles between Argentière and Chamonix. Les Grands Montets ski lift and the cross-country ski routes are only 1500 meters away. The closest village is Argentière at a 4-minute drive.
Argentière is one of the best-loved Alpine resorts with French eateries and affordable cafes and resort amenities. Argentière i situated at the foot of Les Grands Montets, a vast ski area offering a wide range of pistes and extensive powder fields for off-piste enthusiasts.
The famous and buzzing centre of Chamonix is only a 10-minute drive away and offer a wealth of restaurants, brasseries, cafes, wine & tapas bars, shops, supermarkets, a weekly local food market and for an evening out a plethora of bars, live music venues, nightclubs, lounge bars and microbreweries.
